Our refund policy applies only to certain orders placed at SSP. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if you are not satisfied with the quality of your paper or if there has been a clear violation of the terms and conditions stated herein. To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased an “Original Paper” from us within 14 days of delivery
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact SSP Customer Support within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund. All requests must be submitted in writing via email or our online support form. Our customer service team will review your refund request and advise on the next steps needed to process it.
After approval of the refund request, we will issue payment for the amount due within 14 days from receipt of all relevant information required for processing. This includes any additional documents or details requested by us in order to validate your claim, as well as proof that the paper was purchased from SSP.
We offer three types of refunds: partial refunds, full refunds, and free revisions. Partial refunds may be issued if there have been significant changes to the original instructions provided at the time of ordering which caused dissatisfaction with the delivered outcome. Full refunds may be issued if there has been a clear violation of our guarantees, such as plagiarism or late delivery. Free revisions may also be offered instead of a refund if an improvement can still be made without requiring further payment from you.
The following orders are not eligible for any type of refund: (1) orders placed beyond 14 days; (2) orders that have already been revised more than twice; (3) edited papers; and (4) papers marked “Complete” by customers before they were received.
In some cases, an exception may be made to our refund policy. This may include but is not limited to: (1) orders with missing pages; (2) orders that have been delivered after the deadline; and/or (3) papers with major errors or omissions.

We regret that no refunds can be issued for non-delivery of an academic paper due to circumstances outside of SSP’s control, such as internet connection issues, server problems or other technical difficulties beyond our means.
